Customer Review: BEWARE - VERY POOR QUALITY

I received my soft ice cream maker from Amazon just fine. There was no shipping damage. However, when I placed the two bowls in the freezer overnight as suggested in the manual, both bowls cracked in the freezer. When I made the ice cream, the liquid gel from inside the bowls ran all over my counter top. Now I have an ice cream maker that is not useable. I am trying to contact Hamilton Beach to see what they are going to do about it. Approach your purchase of this product very carefully.
