Hamilton beach electrics metal drinker mixer could be a great mixer, but their costumer service is awful. After a two months they still havent sent the mixer I ordered. I sent numberless mails but their answer was that they will sent it soon, that it will be on stock next week, that their costumer service stawff has to go through training process, that they are in middle of hiring a new costumer service staff... I dont care what are their problems they took my money two months ago and they havent sent what I ordered yet.
I thought that amazon carefully select his bussines partners but after problems I have, I dont thing so.
