I recently bought this opener to replace an old one. I am impressed with its sleek design.....the picture shown is exactly what I received.
My only complaint would be that the magnetic lever seems too delicate and I am hoping it is stronger than it looks. Also a personal preference would have been to have the bottle opener at the front.
