This mixer works really well and faster than expected. I had been using my old reliable mixer for years and finally decided to make a change when one of my mixing prongs went missing. Making a cheesecake now is a breeze, and I'm sure to not lose my prongs now since there is this handy case at the bottom to store everything. I'm quite pleased with my purchase.
