Customer Review: A Good Bargain- Annoying Buttons

I love this stick blender. I bought it for the stick blender portion, but now I love the power whisk attachment as much or more than the actual blender. I see that other people have had quality issues with theirs, but as of yet (knock on wood) I've had no difficulties. I will qualify that statement, however, with noting that I really only use the blender to make smoothies. I've not tried to use it in hot liquid yet- but boy can this thing pulverize frozen bananas!
The price point is great- low enough that I can easily replace it if it breaks, and the power is excellent. The power whisk has been more useful than I ever thought it would be. The one problem that I have with it (and the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5) is that the power buttons are SO ANNOYING. They're difficult to push down, and in an awkward place to grip. It ends up that I have to use both hands on the blender, which is sometimes not good as the power creates suction and the blender will sometimes actually pick up my heavy mug while I'm trying to blend.
