Customer Review: 1st one leaked- no troubles on the 2nd....so far

The first one we ordered came in a few days with Amazon Prime. Everything looked good but after the first brew we noticed coffee dripping from the dispenser. We put a cup underneath to see if it would stop on its own but it did not. The directions say to clean it with Vinegar due to coffee grinds getting in the dispeser causing it to leak. This seemed unlikely though as it happened the first time we tried it. The cleaning did not work so we had to send it back.
**On a side note this is the first time i had to send anything back to Amazon and i have to say i am very impressed. Amazon sent out a brand new one before i even mailed the old one back. This was actually easier than having to return it to the store.**
The 2nd one has come and we have had no issues with the drip or anything else. The coffee is much hotter than out old pot coffee and it stays that way and also stays a lot fresher. There is none of that build up in the bottom of the pot that looks like mud or whatever.
As far as the other reviews on whats not good about this machine such as the condensation that falls out when the lid is opened and there are rubber feet on the bottom that make it difficult to move and not being able to see the coffe....
yes there is condensation that drips out when you open the lid but its really not that bad so I would not worry about that.
for the rubber feet we just slid a thin cutting board we have under it and it slides back and forth fine now so if you can do something like that then you should be fine. i do find it odd that when they were doing product testing for this they did not take that into account as it would be annoying without the fix around.
there is that small window in the front that does tell you how much coffe is left in the machine but at times especially when its daytime that its hard to see it.
overall i would recommend this brew station but i will check back in a few months with an update to see if it holds up.
